System not working Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Since this morning I am having problems with my account.

It was registered on www3. I received a message from pbxes explaining that that server was down.

Now it is back up but nothing seems to work. By switching to www4, I was able to regain some info in my account online, but I am still unable to use any feature.

When making incoming calls of any kind from my mobile I get the message that "the person at extension 200 is on the phone", but I do not have extension 200 on my account!

Is anyone else having any issue with the system? I have never seen this kind of problem before...

All seems to be working OK now, the issues I described lasted a little bit less than a day.
