I am interested in this as well.

Can someone please point me to some documentation on how I can use the premium account to support several clients each with their own set of extensions?

I currently have 5 different accounts with PBXes and would like to combine them before I purchase more.

I have 2 large accounts that are ready to purchase from me, but I cannot figure out how tthis will work..

Please tell me there is documentation for this so I don't have to pay $19.95 for sales information.

Sorry, this doesn't help.

I currently have 5 PBX premium accounts with different registrations and would like to combine them before adding additional new accounts.

I searched reseller before I posted and did not find any information that would answer my questions.

I am considering a Pro Account.

With multiple premium accounts or a Pro Account will I be able I set up several client accounts so that each is independent?

For example: will more than one client can have an extension "100" -- a requirement for clients that are converting existing systems so they don't have to renumber their extensions.

Thanks.

As I understand it extension numbers must be unique on an account, ext 100 can only exist once per account.

Thanks for the quick reply.

This answers the question for me. My clients are concerned about misdialing within the system and getting another client extension.

It is a privacy issue.

If you use ATAs like the Linksys SPA units you can manipulate their dial plans to restrict access to number ranges so for example company1 can only dial 1xx exts, company 2 can only dial 2xx exts etc etc.
Maybe your ATAs can do the same thing ....
