Receptionist won't dial extension

Hi

We have set up a series of menus using the receptionist. It works fine except for one extension which it refuses to dial on one of the menus. The extension works fine elsewhere on other menus or if you just dial it direct but this particular menu just won't dial it - just silence then continuous beeping.

Any ideas??

I wouldn't be able to comment on the issue, without having looked into it in detail, but have you tried the "Submit & Start" option on Personal Data section?

I just tried the submit and start option. What does that do?

I also just tried again to see if I could replicate the problem. This time it worked but, interestingly, with a very bad connection - normally my voip connections are very clear. Don't know if that is relevant or not?
