Call Waiting - is there any reason to keep it off? To me it's better to be always on unless there's a reason not to...

Call Forking - what's that? Is it automatic dialing some number when someone calls my extension with conferencing?

Certain SIP User Agents do not handle Call Waiting properly, so having the option to turn it off is quite useful.

Call Forking in a nutshell, allows an inbound call to an extension, to be delivered simultaneously to another extension or SIP URI.

In essence, a Ring Group for every one of your extensions. Heady stuff, ain't it?
