I am using a PAP2 ATA with a premium pbxes account.
Premise: all services work as expected and I am very pleased with the overall performance and various aspects of this product.
Now my problem is that I can dial and terminate a call successfully only when I follow these steps:
1) key in the number I want to call
2) press the dial button on my headset
If I try the previous steps in reverse order (step 2 then 1) I get a busy tone before I get connected and must hang up.
I used this ATA with other services with no problem of this sort.
QUESTIONS:
A) Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
B) If yes, were you able to solve it?
