HI, my ALL SIP's ARE BEING FORWARDED TO SOME WEIRD EXTENSION, we are not receiving the calls /VM. please let me know urgently if any issues with pbxes

Have you tried to submit and restart the pbx?

have you tried to move it to another server and then move it back?

Can you paste an example of your weird call log ?
