I used to have two accounts, since I forget that I already had one account.
So I got did according to the instructions and deleted the other account, and now I only have one account.
But still my account got disabled due to violation of terms when I unsubscribe from the Pro account. As per my knowledge there is no other terms that I violate. The account is hardly used since I'm not on travel so that could not be the issue.
Please tell me how to know what is needed to enable my account again?
