Android 2.3.3 SIP Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

I'm running Android Gingerbread 2.3.3 on my Droid 1 using gpa13 w/ 1GHz LV kernel

I'm trying to make and receive calls using a GTALK/GV trunk

Sipdroid Works Fine so I know my PBXES account is working.

The built in SIP stack in Android is not working.

Outgoing calls with Transport set to TCP will ring then disconnect as soon as someone picks up

Outgoing calls with Transport set to UDP will ring then there will be no sound when someone picks up

Incoming calls have similar results.

Has anyone got this working using Gingerbreads built in SIP Stack if so what model phone and if using a custom rom which one?

Edit: updated my Droid 1 from gpa13 to gpa14 and it seems to work fine now if I set Transport type to UDP
