I have been trying to setup an Account for my brother for his business. When I created a free Account for him, it was disabled within days. I am assuming this is because I logged in from the same IP I have used to log into my Account in the past (although this doesnt make sense as I have a paid Account).
Since July we have now sent 2 different verification payments from Paypal and the Account is still blocked. I believe I have followed the process correctly -- can you please let me know why his Account has not been verified? His user name is:
The verification payment is no actual payment. The money is not transferred. It is just required to accept you as a PBXes customer. You may now purchase a subscription in the PBXes shop.
