Number Callthru for identifying problems! Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hello,

I have the following problem!

Use a provider DID want to receive calls and use an ID number to make Callthru with PIN or callback, but my boss DID provider ID only as follows in the example Call Monitor my phone is 1123456789:

Appears well on Caller ID Number of Pbxes "1123456789 " <333>

Thus it is not possible to direct my phone 1123456789 to Callthru or callback because Pbxes indentifica only the ID <333> for all links of entry.

I know I could put in Callthru callback or the ID 333, but this way all the calls would be targeted in this way, but this is not my interest, I wonder if you have any way to circumvent this no longer appears that the ID <1123456789>

There is a code that can insert into the source view that pbxes to fetch the same ID on "1123456789" to <1123456789>

I did some testing insert CallerId = <from-pstn> source in view / sip-conf on my ISP but I have not had success not only showed no ID field to <>, only continues to appear "1123456789"

I hope that someone who has experience in and codes of aid to circumvent the problem!

Now grateful for the attention
