Hi,

I have been using free accounts since long time and without any problem, but unable to use my Premium Account.

Now I made another free account (hhancy) and its working perfectly, but when I use same settings on Premium Account, its not working.

Also unable to upload wav file and digital receptionist.

Please check my premium account and solve problem.

Please give an example what is not working on your account "callsfactory".

Your .wav file has the wrong format.
