Hi,

Is there any problem with Callthru? I have used it this morning and was working fine, but at the moment I cannot complete my calls using this feature.

Hi Pasquale,

What exactly is not working on the CallThru?

• Does the call to your DID get to the IVR of PBXes?
• Does the IVR ask you for a PIN?
• Do you get a second dial-tone if the PIN is entered correctly?

I just successfully tested calltrhu via one of my DIDs on the NY server (www4). Is your account hosted on the same server?
