Hi there. We were on Sever 3 - I've moved to Server 4 and now the emails are working again, many thanks. For some reason I now can't reply to the original thread - so have had to post here. All the best, James
The current email issue with emails blocked by spam filters only is on server www2. You can go back to www3. I think your PBX just needed to be restarted.
Hi there, Thanks for your reply. To clarify: We were on Server 3 which wasn't generating emails even after a restart We have now moved to Server 4 - and emails are now working. We were never on Server 2. All the best, James
