Problem with multiple format changes on incoming calls from sip trunk

A quick workaround would be turning off either G.711 A-law or G.711 u-law, or G.711 altogether.

If you can do this on your trunk or extension (I don't know on which leg of the call this happens), this would be fine.

For setting this on PBXes you need to open a PRO account (there is a free trial).

We will be able to provide a fix to this incompatibility later the weekend.

The problem exists on all my trunks in different accounts.
Will the fix be deployed on the whole platform?

We've updated software on www1 (for all accounts hosted on that server) to hopefully fix the issue that you observed.

Please click "Submit & Start" for your account to run the update.

If this works we will update other machines subsequently.
