Hi, need to downgrade from Premium to SOHO.
Have purchased new SOHO subscription.
To use the SOHO subscription do I just cancel the Premium one?
AND will our PBX setup continue to work?

Yes, sure. Your account will stay the same except of features that are only available on Premium but not Soho accounts (see comparison chart).
