OK, I understand it now. It wasn't intentional, Just wanted to use a different e-mail address/username, that's all. Once I created the new one, I cleaned up the previous one, i.e. I think I removed all trunks/extensions, etc. I simply didn't delete the account, because I didn't find an option to do so. I just found it and have now removed the account.
No, I haven't received any warning e-mails from you, just double checked my spam folder . Anyway, not a big deal, since now I know what the reason was. Also, I have now whitelisted your domain.
Can you confirm that now that I only have one account, I can go back to free after the end of this month with no problem?
