Hi IPTel,
Am having problems over the last few days, not continuous but repeating a lot.
Incoming trunks keep re registering (Sipgate), outgoing calls via Voicetrading and Callwithus keep failing with errors like 503 service unavailable.
I have reset PBX several times and changed providers but it is still occuring.
I am on WWW1

We don't think the two issues are related to each other.
Trunks re-registering on a few attempts is normal. On June 18th there were more attempts than normal over the day to several providers. There must have been Internet connectivity issues that day. Switching to a different server (www4 or www7) could have helped.
In your logs we could find 503 responses only from Voicetrading and only yesterday.
Hi IPTel,
Thanks for the reply.
I suppose it could just be coincidence but after years of perfect service from PBXes it just stands out as unusual.
The call monitor shows it most clearly, with failed Voicetrading calls on Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon. The failures show as 'playback' or 'resetCDR'. At the same time on Monday I had failed calls via Callwithus which were then successfully routed via Voicetrading !
I'll keep a close eye on it and try changing server if it happens again,
