Looks like you already found the answer and resetted your PBX (in Personal Data, Submit & Start).

please tell me what was the problem? I switched the data center itself, and therefore it is working or you fix? I ask that further accelerate the solution of the existing problems. Is the problem solved changing data center?

We have not done anything. Instead of switching servers you can also just reset your PBX by clicking Submit & Start in Personal Data without touching timezone (see HELP >> FAQ).
