I've been a subscriber for a number of years and haven't really had an issue. However, recently I upgraded from SOHO to Premium and just noticed that my mobile extension (222) which used to be setup so that it forwarded to my PSTN mobile number when unavailable no longer forwards when the SIP client os out of WIFI coverage and goes unavailable.
There used to be the option for handover and connection check in the extension configuration which made it work but these don't seem to be present anymore. Were they removed and if so how can I set my extension to failover to the mobile when the SIP client is no longer online?
