i have sipura 2000 registered when i try to record my msg for the digital receptionist (*77) it does not respond. but when i dial another ext. it works fine can someone please help.
Sure. Go to the Regional tab, in the section Vertical Service Activation Codes, and change the *77 to #77 in the field named Block ANC Act Code. Do the same for the rest of the codes which conflict with PBXes.
