Hallo, wir haben den Premium Account für ein Jahr gebucht und er läuft nun noch einige Monate. Wir möchten aber auf einen "Pro" Account" umsteigen. Wie können wir das realisieren?

Buchen Sie zunächst den neuen Tarif im Shop. Anschließend kündigen Sie das alte Abonnement bei Paypal (Link ebenfalls im Shop).

Beträge, die auf ihren bisherigen Account gezahlt wurden, können dabei nicht angerechnet werden.
