Hallo,

kann mir bitte jemand die Funktionen des Status-Fensters erklären?
Wenn jemand auf z. B. der Nebenstelle 300 anruft, kann ich ihn ja in eine Warteschleife oder in einen Konferenzraum schieben. Manchmal fliegt er aber raus oder es geht nur ein bestimmter Konferenzraum etc.

Ich bin wirklich noch nicht richtig dahintergekommen und wäre um eine Übersicht dankbar.

Es gibt dort eine Hilfe-Funktion, die man durch Klicken auf das ?-Symbol erreichen kann.
