I have been experiencing a major problem with simultaneous calls.
If you try to make two call simultaneously you hear a message saying "your call cannot be completed as dialed please try your call again later" on the second call at first I thought this maybe due to the SIP provider Im using for outgoing calls that they only support one call at a time but this was not the case.
I checked the call monitor and I can see the first call goes through OK and the destination is the correct one set on the extension, context is from-internal-cont, App is Dial etc BUT on the second simultaneous call the destination is the extension so in this case "100" context is ext-local and app is Dial.
So what I think the PBX is doing is its trying to dial "100" using the SIP account/trunk for the second simultaneous call, instead of actually dialing the destination set under the extension "100" thus callers hear that error message.
Could someone please help me, what is going wrong here?
