Hello!

I have tired of problemm "Busy" at outcoming calls.
We use your system at our office - 5 sip phones on public IP with router. Incoming call no problems - every time we got it. But if I make outgoing calls - in 30% I receive busy. It's can be other extension number calling or public call.

In call monitor log - I just see my extension number and application:Busy

for example:
Server = 0
CallerID = 103
State = Down
CallerIDName = ilya@z95.ru
Extension = h
Application = Busy
Origin = true
Uniqueid = 1317890356.32-0
AppData =
Cause-txt = Unknown
Event = Hangup
Privilege = call,all

All this busy calls I see in call monitor log, but I really don't understand - why this not going to any trucks.
If I wait 1-2 minutes - problem go out, but after some time (10-50 minutes) it's comeback. This problem have on all extensions.


What's the problem?

P.S. I try to setup my office phones to use server 188.40.65.148 and different ports (5061, 26999 and etc.), alos setup to use different local SIP ports (5061-5066). Anyway - problem not solved.


P.P.S. I receive answer with personal support. Problem was in that I have pay for 2 G729 full support chanels and that's why ALL my chanels (not only used G729 codec) was limited to maximum 2. Keep it in mind.
