Suddenly Can't Receive Calls |

Sorry, I'm a total newb.
Just switched to a paid SoHo account and now things don't work. All devices register, but can't receive calls at my main pbxes address. If I call a specific extension, it works (i.e. username-100@pbxes.org).
Outbound calls frequently don't work either anymore. If I resubmit Personal Information, outbound calling works for a few minutes, then fails again.
Everthing shows green in Status.
I have recreated all of the extensions, ring groups and inbound routes.
What else can I do?

EDIT: Calling extensions doesn't work anymore either.
