Hi all,
I am getting close to desperate as we are suffering rather poor sound performance on incoming calls.
Numbers are provided by DIDWW and routed to our PBXes service.
We log in with xlite to handle calls.
All extentions have a fixed line or mobile number for fall back in case nobody logged in on the particular extention.
Quality is poor regardless the fact it is answered via xlite, mobile phone or fixed line phone.
Is it something about codecs, chosing wrong did provider?
