Voicemail often doesn't detect hangup |

Most of the time when someone reachtes my voicemail (coming in from PSTN -> SPA3000 -> PBXes, the system doesn't recognise when the other party hangs up.
The voicemail duration in these cases is always 3 minutes and 1 second.
Is there a way for the voicemailsystem to detect the line has hung up? Should I configure something for that, maybe in my SPA3000?
I've found the solution: For Netherlands, the disconnect tone should be configured as:
425@-30,425@-30;1.4(.5/.5/1+2)
