I switch over my sister's account into mine now that I became a paid subscriber and can have more than 5 trunks.
As I was on vacation and did not get to cancel my sister's account (jlabiste) within the time frame given by your email.
Now I am getting blacklisted when trying to make calls to selected numbers. Is there a way to remove this blacklisting ASAP? I found a thread stating that I need to convert the account to be cancelled into a paid account, and then cancel it. Given that it takes up to 3 days for Paypal verification, and so forth, is it possible for you to cancel the "jlabiste" account on my behalf so that I get the blacklisted issue resolved?

To get rid of the old account please do the following:
Convert it to Premium. You get 50% discount when logging into your existing Premium Account and go to the shop from there.
Now cancel the newly created subscription for your old account. You only need to pay for one month (about 5 Euros).
Log into the old account and delete it (in Personal Data).
This will also delete the blacklisting.
However, while logged on from this account, I don't see an option to shop SoHo to my mom's "jlabiste" account to do your suggestions. And while logged into my mom's account, I'm still having to wait for the 3 day validation.
Can you please assist me in getting this resolve ASAP?
