Xlite 3.0 Sipura SPA3102 Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

We are using Xlite 3.0 build 29712 and can register and under some configurations we can make calls.

We have a number of Mediatrix and Sipura Linksys ATAs at the same location and have tested on 2 different broadband connections.

Under no circumstances can we receive calls

Does anyone have a working xlite 3.0 config for PBXes?

Also we have an Spa3102 registering to a sub PBX and registration is often lost however the ATAs that register to extensions do not have this issue. We have changed SIP reg interval and many other parameters with no success.

Thanks

UPDATE we have now tried several softphones and none will receive inbound calls. Some will not make outbounds including SJPhone and Adore .

Also I notice that although I can edit this post, I can make no new posts! Did I do something wrong?

Let me understand this properly:

At one particular location with two broadband connections from two different ISPs, a number of Mediatrix and Sipura Linksys ATAs cannot receive calls, even when they are reporting they are registered to PBXes. Apparently no soft-phone works there either.

Here are some questions to help us understand the issue:

• What kind of router is used for each broadband connection?
• What type of broadband connections are these?
• Is there a firewall used to protect this network? If there is, what is its' type?
