Queues and voicemail Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

Hi,

I think I'm doing something wrong. I have a queue with four extensions in. When I dial that queue, if any extension is unavailable, it goes straight to the voice mail of that extension rather than trying any others. It's set to "ring all", which I assumed would just ring the available extensions. Instead it seems to go down the list of extensions, and if one of them is off-line, it dumps it to that extension's vm.

If I disable voicemail it works as I expect, so what am I doing wrong?

edit - Never mind, dump the extensions in to a ring group and it works as expected
