We are facing issue with inbound calls. Giving busy tone / invalid number tone to inbound callers. This happened last week as well, and again now the same issue has occured again.
Can you please look into this asap why the inbound calls are not being accepted properly?
Inbound calls were being sent to echo test last Friday. Today I called a customer's DID (in Brazil) from a cell phone (which should be directed to his Digital Receptionist) and some random guy in USA picked up the call!
