I have been doing a few tests to see if I can reduce late packets and during this process I discovered that I cannot connect to the New York server (www4). Apparently when I place pbxes.org in my connection it is connecting to the Seattle server (www2). My ping time to the Seattle server is twice that of the New York server. I have tried placing the ip address for the www4 server (67.231.245.210) instead of pbxes.com and it fails to connect. I can, however connect to the Seattle server using the IP address as well as a few others.

In my personal data it shows my data center as www4.pbxes.com and it also shows that in the URL in my browser.

Anyone have any idea what is going on here?

This might be a browser related issue as well. Try clearing the cache of your browser, and if this doesn't help, try another browser or another PC.

I can access my account on www4 without any issues today.

Let me clarify....when I access my account through my browser it IS going to www4.pbxes.com, however my PHONE seems to be connecting to www2. When I place the IP address of www4 into my PHONE it will not connect, however when I place the IP address in my PHONE for www1 and www2 it connects.

Update......

I discovered that the www4 server only allows access on UDP and apparently only on ports 4500, 5600, and 5601 unglücklich

I had been trying to connect via TCP on port 36999 which works on www2 and www1.
