Is it possible to block outbound caller ID? We have several companies and I want to get the numbers mixed up. extensions are in use for multiple companies.
This depends on the Trunk(s) used to connect the outbound call. Some ITSPs place the DID number you have gotten from them, on every outgoing call they terminate.
You have to inquire and test this with every ITSP used for outgoing calls.
