URGENT - Extensions will not register Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Post Report Post to a Moderator       IP Information Go to the top of this page

None of my extensions are registering for some reason. Seems to have started overnight. I've checked the extension settings and they are fine. I've restarted my pbx account twice but it hasn't helped.

I don't know what else I can check. The logs don't tell me much. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I just tried registering with a soft sip client and cannot register either. Don't know what's wrong but everything was working fine yesterday and we've made no changes.

Your logs say extensions 201 and 202 are registered. Please give some more details. Which extensions don't register and which are the softphones that did not either.

Yes I managed to get them to register eventually. I had to change the domain and proxies from pbxes.org to pbxes.com to get them to register.

As soon as I change them back to pbxes.org they de-register again. I see from your news forum that you changed the IP but that was a over a month ago and there you still mention we should be using pbxes.org so I don't know what's happening with my setup suddenly.
