Question to i-p-tel guys

I’m curious if you deployed any fix/patch that could affect NAT handling lately, let’s say in August 2008?
All my extensions and trunks used to have Audio Bypass enabled, and it worked with no issues on two different continents.
Last few weeks people started to complain on one-way audio problems (never happened before), so I had to disable audio bypass literally everywhere to make it work again.
Since problems appeared simultaneously on all PAP2T, and there was no config changes on my side I’m starting to think about possibility of some patch on PBXes that could have this kind of side effects…

Any ideas?
