For some reason all my extensions are showing the voicemail and directory option as disabled.
If I try to enable this, I get
Cannot connect to Asterisk Manager with /
This module requires access to the Asterisk Manager. Please ensure Asterisk is running and access to the manager is available.
Is there an issue currently, or is it a problem with my account?
I posted a thread sat http://www1.pbxes.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=832&sid= which Pascal you subsequently closed. Although this may or may not have been the same problem , as I see no voice mail issues, the problem has worsened today to my PBX being completely non functional.
I do not believe there is any solution here and I do not appreciate being shut down by you closing the tread, just becase you THINK it looks like a similar thread, that appeared to have fixed iteself!
MY SUPERNETTEL PBX IS COMPLETELY DOWN AND YOU SHUT DOWN MY THREAD!

I didn't shut down your thread. You appeared to have the same error message when clicking on your status display. So I linked it to this thread.
Now I logged into your account 'supernettel' and checked the status display. No error message and it is looking ok. What do you mean by 'completely down'?
I mean that all it did was tell me the error when checking the status display, as I indicated last night.
Thgis morning, no device was registering. Wehether everythoing else worked or not I would still say "completely down" is an applicable phrase, as it is a PBX, not just a pretty web interface, therefore if the calls do not work, it is "completely down"

As you are talking in the past I assume your PBX is up again.
What happened was: Due to a temporary network failure in the data center in San Diego your premium account was automatically moved to Frankfurt. This required a re-login from your side to see the status display.
However, I don't exactly know what the reason for the temporary failure of your PBX was. I guess you clicked 'Submit & Start' instead of a re-login which our software could not handle in this case. We have corrected this.
