hello some can helpme with the fring config i musing a nokia e63, but i only can make call by fring but i cant make calls .

Fring uses it's own servers (SIP & Media proxies) to connect ITSPs. There is a built-in SIP client on the E63 which can be used to connect to PBXes instead.

If that does not work, look in the Ovi store for some other SIP based App like the Media5-fone.
