I recently made a new free ($15) account smile
But discover I cant phone mobile numbers or perhaps its just one mobile number in particular as it is blacklisted by another account I made years ago for a friend. I've deleted that account as it was no longer used, but the blacklisting remains. Please fix this? It says "blacklisted by gustaroo"

Deleted that old account for you.

Please before buying a new account, it is better to pay for an old disabled account for just one month and keep that one as a free account instead.

Thanks for that, I'm sorry but I'd completely forgotten about that account as set it up on behalf of a friend. I am still having trouble making certain calls on the new account though, they still show up as black listed. There didn't seem to be an option to convert old accounts over to the new free ones by paying the $15 either?

Which accounts show up as "blacklisted by"?

When logging in to a disabled account, you can buy a Soho subscription. After setting it up and paying the first month you can immediately cancel the subscription and keep the account.
