Hi Can anyone help, using Grandstream handsets on PBXES and all features work fine apart for call forward, we can setup a call fwd with *21* this is ok, but we can not deactivate with #21# the pbx just says call forward active.

We can't find #21# in your Call Monitor. Are you sure your device is dialing it correctly to the PBX?
