Hi. I have tried to configure my system for multiple ring groups in the following manner. When a call originates from X, it's forwarded to ring group 1, which RINGALL my extensions 11, 21 and 31. BUT, it's not working. If I disable the ring group and set up inbound routing to go straight to one extension, it's fine. So, I definitely have a problem with my group. Can someone help me please? Hi there...I actually resolved the problem. If there is a non-existing extension listed in the ring group, any incoming call will immediately be disconnected. An extension must not be activated, but it must exist. It's fixed now. Thanks for the quick reply neverthless...GREAT SERVICE!!!
