Billing: Cancelled subscription paid yesterday, want to keep pro until end of month
Hi i-p-tel,
I bought a premium subscription 2 days ago just because I exceeded my 2000 minute limit and was advised the account would be disabled in 10 days otherwise.
Then I cancelled it today because I didn't want it to renew automatically at the end of the monthly period.
Still I want to keep the 5000 minutes till the end of the month. And at the very least I don't want my account to get disabled! That would be totally unfair!
Will I lose them? It would be nonsense to me. Please advise.

To be honest, given the confusion and hard time finding info in the general documentation, if I could have at least a partial refund I would be really really happy and favourably impressed by your service.
This issue kind of disappointed me...
