I subscribed for a 6 months premium subscription using a paypal account but after a day my account was blocked and a request for verification was posted I have since verified the paypal account and made another 6 months premium subscription to my account Koira1. I want to confirm that i now have 1 year (6months + 6 months) subscription. Please confirm

I still have not received a reply concerning the above subject, there are 2 premium subscriptions running concurently instead of 1 running for 12months. please amend.

Your account was blocked because Paypal blocked your first payment for inspection., You should have waited for their inspection to end instead of creating a second subscription.
Paypal blocked and therafter 8hours latter told us it was ok and that PBXes should have activated. Waited for 2 days before resubscribing. Pbxes shutdown my access and I had customers waiting with no connection. Pbxes unreachable when account blocked and response takes time as to this post. So what am I supposed to do in such circumstances? Please advice for next time becuase I do not know? From the point of user its frustrating being tossed between Paypal and Pbxes with no avenue for prompt response to problems.
We got a different info from Paypal. Their inspection was not completed until April 15 which was 10 days later! You could have created a monthly subscription to help out.
We have now refunded 45 Euros (which is 75% of your double payment).
Thats the problem, there is no defined solution method for this instances and when there is no way to communicate with Pbxes to resolve the issue we are left with handling the situation to the best of our ability. What I wanted was not a refund but to combine the second subscription so that i have a year subscription and avoid this possible hitches. Was not expecting to get penalised for paying PBXes.
