Yesterday I saw tree providers of trunks were failed, one because of changing password was few weeks ago, reason of others was not found.
What I usually do when trunks failed down without reason – Change www3 to www1 server and then switch it back at Personal Data page. It helps always because of reloading virtual pbx server.
Yesterday It did not help me because when I change Moscow to Seattle (as example) www1 was not changed.
As result I got “Error loading configuration file variables.txt?aldope=78844” as Status page.
Please advise how can I reload server to fix it. ASAP!
