When defining a new extension there are 3 options, Sip, Classic and Mobile.
In what situations do you use a Mobile extension?

Hi,

There's a wiki entry on that : http://www1.pbxes.com/wiki/index.php/Mobile_Extensions

I believe the mobile extension allows you to enter the mobile phone number pbxes.org could call, in case your mobile is outside of a wifi/3g coverage (ie when your mobile extension is offline). You would pay for that call, through one of your trunks.
