PLEASE HELP

I CAN NOT LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT AND ALL PHONE ARE DEAD !
AS SOON IS A LOG IN MY BROWSER STARTS SWITHING BETWEEN WWW1 AND WWW7 AND STAYS IN A LOOP !!!!
ALSO CAN NOT ENTER THE SITE TO PLACE A PAID SUPPORT TICKET
