can i know why phonebook contact name matching on Call Monitor page isn't working (at least for me, right now)?
I've just successfully mass-imported my contacts in csv to my pbxes phonebook (SugarCRM).
If i do a manual search of the exact number appeared in the call monitor the CRM will show the contact but in the call monitor listing the system still shows only the number without the name.
Am I doing something bad? or it's a bug? Any hints?
