unable to send out caller ID |

Hi All, We are unable to send the Caller ID, when i checked with our service provider they said there is no problem at their end and sent us following. please advise how to resolve the outgoing caller ID issue?
Here is an example of a call from you You send caller id in CID NAME part instead of CID number part:
