Help with Setup - Cannot Dial Out

Hello,
I set everything up correctly and am using ViaTalk as my trunk provider. My extension registers perfectly... Sort of... I can receive incoming calls just fine, but cannot make outgoing calls. I have tried everything and looked everywhere and can't find any answers! Please help!!!
