Hi, I've a big issue with the Callback Feature! I need a callback to a route that takes > 30 seconds to get the line but what I see is that PBXes issues a "CANCEL" after exactly 30 seconds!!! I cannot get out of this! Is there a way to set a different timeout? Please help me, tomorrow I'll leave for 2 weeks and I really need callback! Thanks in advance!
We raised it to 45 seconds.
