Hi,
I am having a problem with the Trace Call *69 command on WWW1. On WWW3 it works without problems but on WWW1 *69 returns an old number no matter what calls I receive in the meantime.
Note that the correct callerID is captured in my ATA and is displayed in the Call Monitor screen of PBXes.
This problem first occurred some time ago but I thought had resolved itself, the problem is happening with all extensions and internal or external calls.
In my configuration I use the 2 accounts with the 2 lines of my SPA ATAs (as backup).

Edit: Anyone ?
I can swapover www1 and www3 to make the problem go away but that means recreating all my outbound configuration on www3 and isn't actually fixing the problem on www1.

Edit: Cause found ...... If you have call forking set on the extension then this problem can occur. Removing the call forking clears it, perhaps its something to do with which extension answered, I don't know but its definitely a problem.
